The main supporting profiles that form the skeleton are produced in special dimensions, being single pieces without welded joints. This feature enhances the tent structure’s resistance to both lateral and vertical loads.

In Güleçyüz Çadır products, flame retardant tarpaulin is used as standard. The feature of flame retardant tarpaulin is that it extinguishes after a period of time once the heat source is removed, and after a while, the smoke completely dissipates. This feature prevents immediate ignition of your tent structure, giving you time for extinguishing and evacuation.

The insulation options include industrial-grade dense, high sound-absorbing, 100% polyester-made, quick-drying, suitable for living organisms, isofelt capable of covering the tent environment as a single piece, 5 or 10 cm thick glass wool with one surface coated with foil, and insulation material with single or double air bubbles coated with foil on both surfaces. Each insulation option can be applied separately according to the intended use, or two or more options can be applied simultaneously.

These ventilation windows provide constant supply of clean air inside while the ridge or chimney type ventilation facilitates the easy evacuation of dirty air. In a tent structure with clean and dry air inside, sweating will be minimized. Another important point is the ventilation gaps created between the top layer tarpaulin and the insulation layer.
